Vesping Around "Win a Free Trip" Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

 

**1. Eligibility:**  

- The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

- No purchase necessary to enter or win.

- Only travelers that have never purchased a trip directly or indirectly from Vesping Around are eligible to apply. Past travelers are not eligible.

- Vespa ownership is not required.

 

**2. Entry Period:**  

- The sweepstakes begins on **October 23, 2024**, and ends in **April 2025**.

 

**3. How to Enter:**  

- To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on the Vesping Around website.

- Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than once will result in disqualification.

 

**4. Prize:**  

- One (1) winner will receive an all-paid Vesping Around trip package for 1 person, selected from the available dates listed on the Vesping Around website at www.VespingAround.com/trip.

- The prize **is transferable** to another individual within 7 days of the winner’s receipt of the win notification. After that period, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

 

**5. Winner Selection & Notification:**  

- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.

- The draw will take place in **April 2025**, with the exact date to be announced in **January 2025**.

- The winner will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the draw date.

 

**6. General Conditions:**  

- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Vesping Around, which are final and binding.

- Vesping Around reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Vesping Around’s control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Vesping Around to use their name, likeness, and any photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes without further compensation.

- No Cash Value: The prize holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary compensation.

 

**7. Liability:**  

- Vesping Around, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.

 

**8. Governing Law:**  

- The sweepstakes and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
