Mauro’s journey is a tapestry of creativity, hospitality, and adventure. With deep roots in the fine dining industry since the 90s, he spent a decade immersed in the world of hospitality, curating unforgettable culinary experiences and mastering the art of exceptional service. His expertise later expanded into digital advertising and a decade-long career as a health and wellness coach, specializing in running and corporate wellness programs.

His passion for exploration took a thrilling turn when he embraced the Vespa lifestyle, blending his love for community, culture, and discovery. In 2021, he founded Vespa Club Miami, and by 2023, launched Vesping Around, a boutique travel agency crafting immersive Vespa adventures through Italy’s hidden gems. With Mauro’s rich background in fine dining, travel, and wellness, every journey is infused with authenticity, vitality, and a deep appreciation for Italy’s culinary and cultural treasures.
