Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms

Deposit
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the trip.

  • You may choose to pay the deposit in installments using our financial partner Affirm, offering:

    • Up to 4 interest-free payments or

    • A financing plan with interest, subject to credit approval.

Remaining Balance
  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the authorized credit card on file 90 days (3 months) after the deposit is paid.

  • For trips booked within 90 days of the departure date, the full trip cost is due at the time of booking.

2. Booking Confirmation Process

After the deposit is paid:

  1. You will receive an Experience Builder Quote Form, which must be completed within 2 weeks (14 days).

  2. Based on the form, a detailed quote will be provided.

  3. You must purchase travel insurance or provide proof of an existing travel insurance policy within this 2-week window.

3. Travel Insurance Requirement

  • Travel insurance is optional but highly advised to protect your booking.

  • Get full amount protection by booking with has using our partner Faye within 2 weeks of booking.​

  • Travel insurance can be purchased through Vesping Around’s preferred partner Faye or independently.

4. Cancellation Policy

Refundable Deposit Period
  • You may cancel your trip within 2 weeks (14 days) of paying your deposit to receive a full refund of the deposit amount, provided that the booking confirmation process is completed.

After the Refundable Deposit Period
  • Once the 2-week refundable deposit period has expired and travel insurance is secured, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

5. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via major credit cards or through Affirm financing options.

  • If opting for Affirm, please note that financing terms (e.g., interest rates) depend on your credit approval process.

6. Late or Missed Payments

  • Failure to meet the remaining balance payment deadline may result in trip cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
