• Interest-free 3 or 4 payment plans available.

• Early Bird campaign ($200 off package) ends on December 31st (still TDB) 
• Deposit $500 for single occupancy package - $1,000 for double occupancy package
• Deposit has to be made within 7 days of inquiry/interest or room will be released back to the availability pool
• DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE until 12/31/24. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• FINAL PAYMENT: in full due the latest by March 31, 2025
• Final Payment LATE FEE: $200 added after March 31, 2025
• Cancellations on or before March 31st, 2024 will forfeit Deposit plus a cancellation fee of $500. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
• Cancellations on or after March 31st, 2024, you will forfeit ALL money rendered.
• - This cancellation policy is strict and firm due to the small nature of our organization. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase cancellation/travel insurance to protect your investment. We use Faye as our partner for travel insurance - ask us for a quote.
• - Please, do not book flights before receiving confirmation of registration after paying the initial downpayment 

Exact hour-by-hour itinerary will be provided close to date.

Day 1: Arrival, check-in, welcome dinner with introductions.
Day 2: Vespa delivery, safety briefing, ride to San Gimignano, dinner with other Vespa clubs.
Day 3: 100km ride in Chianti Valley with other clubs, dinner, and music.
Day 4: Chill at the hotel, ride to lunch and visit Monteriggioni.
Day 5: Ride to Pontedera, lunch, tour Piaggio Museum, visit Peccioli.
Day 6: Ride to the countryside for a cooking lesson with a local chef.
Day 7: Long ride to Val D'Orcia, visit Pienza, farm-to-table lunch.
Day 8: Departure and continuation of travel for participants.
